Dating is unfair. And it's perfectly logical that it frustrates me.
I mean, what kind of institution requires that you're flirtacious, cuddly, and interested one moment, but happily independent and mysteriously distant the next?
Further, the fact that one moment a guy can tell you you're everything he's looking for, and days or weeks later religate you to the lowest of his priorities brings an horrible amount of risk to a game that from its inception has an obsurd amount of difficulties to surmount.
In matters of the heart, the ups and downs, the rollercoaster of emotions, and the ridculous "run away but be caught" game is just all part and parcel of the whole gig. I just don't think any person should be subjegated to its demands for longer than a few years at most.
After enough heart ache, all a girl wants is some consistency, acceptance, and companionship. The games have lost all of their intrigue.
